The Italian Einstein arrives in Prague!

Dear guests,

It is our pleasure to invite you to our next meeting with a true master of his craft.

Mr. Vittorio Beltrami, himself will visit our newly opened Gastronomica and also our La Bottega di Finestra at the invitation of Riccardo Lucque. Does this name seems familiar to you?

If so, it is because we have offered Beltrami cheese for long time in our shops in a wide range of products.

In recent years, Vittorio Beltrami has been repeatedly voted the best cheese maker in the Marche region. Its products are supplied to, for example, Alain Ducasse in Paris or to Harrods Georgian Restaurant in London.

Despite his major success in business, according to his words, he likes to stop by when presenting his products. Hi is really enjoying every new and returning satisfied customer.

Come to find out why this man is dubbed the Italian Einstein.

We will prepare specialties from the Beltrami workshop - for example "pecorino di fossa", the sheep's milk cheese matured underground or Caprino cheese made in the traditional way of unpasteurized goat's milk.

Wednesday, February 19th 2014 from 3 p.m. in the shop with bistro La Bottega di Finestra (Platnéřská 11, Prague 1).
