LA BOTTEGA DI FINESTRA
La Bottega di Finestra is an Italian bistro and shop featuring the finest delicatessen. Since its launch by Riccard Lucque and Ondřej Rákosník in 2012, it has offered guests fresh Italian pastries, the freshest fish and sea food, and aged meats and cheeses.
Every day, our well-trained service members are available in the bistro to help you choose Italian cheeses, sausages, and wines. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, guests can also enjoy the dishes of chef Yvan Maria Chianese and his team, our sweet desserts and coffee from Gianni Frasi.
What is happening?
Our summer menu is finally here, and it has undergone a complete transformation compared to previous menus. We are introducing a new concept at La Bottega di Finestra. We have omitted the main course category, but do not worry about losing those dishes.
The spring menu of La Bottega di Finestra has undergone great changes, and we admit we are immensely pleased with it. We hope you get the same feeling when you visit.
Every season there is a new signature menu waiting for you. Start your foodie experience with our carefully chosen starters. In the offer you can further find soups, pasta and selection of daily and seasonal specials. To finish the experience we will gladly serve you delicious dessert from our showcase. La Bottega di Finestra's menu is prepared by chef Yvan Maria Chianese and reflects ingredients typical for given season.
PEOPLE AND PRODUCTS
Owner Riccardo Lucque focuses mainly on import of typical and authentic Italian products from small Italian suppliers.
The fresh pasta is homemade and produced at La Bottega Tusarova, while all dry pasta is from Benedetto Cavalieri. Our amazing team of bakers prepare the genuine Italian bread in Tusarova as well. Cheese and olive oils are made by Vittorio Beltrami. Coffee is delivered by Gianni Frasi, a master of Italian coffee.
