GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read these terms, understood their content, and agree to them. These terms become part of the agreement between you and LA BOTTEGA PLATNÉŘSKÁ s.r.o., IČO: 24167843, registered office: Prague 3, Žižkov, Kubelíkova 1189/29, post code 130 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 184954 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
The Company's reservation services enable easy and quick booking at the restaurant operated by the Company through the form on the restaurant's website finestrina.lacollezione.cz, specifically at the following link: www.finestrina.apetee.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
RULES OF THE COMPANY'S RESERVATION SERVICES
1) Making a Reservation
The Company accepts reservations every day, including public holidays, between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM. The booking procedure is as follows:

The booking procedure is as follows:
Step 1: The user accesses the booking form at www.finestrina.apetee.com.
Step 2: The user enters the number of guests, date, and time of the reservation
Step 3: If the selected date and time are available, the user enters their name, surname, email, phone number, and any additional note for the Company's staff.
Step 4: The Company then confirms the validity of the reservation by sending a message to the email provided by the user.
The Company reserves the right to require and collect a deposit payment as a condition for making a reservation, setting a minimum bill amount or minimum consumption on special occasions as defined further in these terms. If the Company requires a deposit, the user will be redirected to a payment gateway for processing. By paying the deposit, the user agrees to the reservation terms requiring prepayment. Additional conditions are detailed below, particularly in the SPECIAL OCCASION RESERVATIONS section. If the deposit payment is successfully made, the Company will confirm the validity of the reservation as described in Step 4. If the required deposit is not paid, the reservation will not be confirmed.
2) Validity and Cancellation of Reservation Reservations are transferable, meaning they can be used by other persons related to the user. Each reservation can be used only once, by the first person arriving under that reservation. A reservation may be canceled. Special occasion reservations are subject to specific cancellation conditions as detailed in the SPECIAL OCCASION RESERVATIONS section.
SPECIAL OCCASION RESERVATIONS
If a reservation is made on a special occasion, the Company reserves the right to require deposit payment as a condition for confirming the reservation. The reservation remains transferable and can be used by other individuals. However, reservations are for one-time use only.
A confirmed special occasion reservation may be canceled no later than 48 hours before the reserved time, with the deposit refunded. Cancellations are accepted only via email at info@finestrina.cz. If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the reserved time, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the Company.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
On special occasions, such as New Year's Eve (December 31), Valentine's Day (February 14), and other dates designated by the Company, a special menu may be exclusively served. On such occasions, guests may not have the option to order freely from the à la carte menu, or they may choose only from a limited à la carte selection. The special menu and its pricing will be announced in advance on the restaurant's website.
As stated above, the Company may require a deposit payment of up to 70% of the total menu price for reservations on these special occasions. The deposit can be paid online by credit card through the Stripe payment gateway, in accordance with Stripe's terms and conditions.

The Company makes every effort to ensure that all information provided on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, if any inaccuracies occur, the Company apologizes in advance for such oversights.
All materials and information on the Website are the exclusive property of the Company, which reserves all rights to the content. The Website may also display promotional information regarding services or products provided by the Company or its contractual partners.
The materials and text on the Website (including these terms and conditions) may not be modified, published, or distributed without the prior consent of the Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice. Any updates to the Company’s terms will become effective seven (7) days after publication on the Website.
FEEDBACK
The Company values any opinions, suggestions, or feedback from its customers. These can be sent via email to info@finestrina.cz. The Company reserves the right to quote submitted feedback at its discretion, without including the sender’s name.
