Lukáš Pocnar, chef of La Bottega di Finestra, has created a new menu that will take you to Italy on an Autumn day. Come and enjoy the authentic Italian atmosphere and cuisine. You’ll find peace and tranquility right in the very center of Prague, and you’ll enjoy every part of the meal, from starters to dessert. Let’s look at what’s new from Lukáš and his team.
Fall weather means soup, and we now have Creamy chickpea soup with salsiccia and rosemary oil. Or you can try our poultry broth with noodles and vegetables. It’s a litte non-traditional, using Sake as an ingredient and letting the influence of Asian cuisine penetrate Italian tradition.
Next, try the potato gnocchi with white cabbage sauce and truffles. Yeah, the combination of cabbage and truffles seems a bit strange, but believe us when we say it’s excellent.
Our new pastas include penne with beef neck ragout, and artichoke filled ravioli with basil sauce and sprout dust.
And homemade pasta with cod cooked in the sous-vide style , sour butter and almonds.
Have you ever tasted a roasted cauliflower risotto with chicken chips and pistachios? No? Come in and try it.
Both of our new main dishes are worth your attention. Try the wild boar brisket with sautéed sprout and potato confit and breast of drake with marinated pumpkin, parsley purée and red wine sauce.
