Salsiccia workshop at Riccardo Lucque Cooking School

The summer barbecue season is in full swing. Thanks to our sister butcher shop La Bottega Macelleria we have prepared a special cooking course/workshop on the theme salsiccia.

When: on Saturday, June 6th 2015 starting at 3 pm

Where: Cooking School Laboratorio, Krocínova 3, Prague 1

What we will cook
Pork Salsiccia with rosemary 
Chicken and Turkey Salsiccia with red peppers 
Lamb Salsiccia

You will learn how to make authentic Italian sausage in the comfort of your home and draw a lot of tips and tricks for grilling. The course will be lead by the main butcher Jiří Vosáhlo from our butcher shop La Bottega Macelleria in Vinohrady, who is preparing salsiccias for our entire company
