Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you about our exceptional degustation of the real Italian Focaccia made by Mimmo.

Our Focaccia is made from a dough naturally leavened, semolina flour and water. According to the Italian tradition in Puglia, there is no added fat. This is how we obtain a product with high digestibility. Our Focaccia is topped with superior products, easy to match with your favourite wine or selected by our sommelier.

Come to taste our super light Foccacia every day from 6 to 10 p.m. starting on Monday, December 17th at our shop.

With buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomato tartar

With beef marchigiana tartare and black truffle

With raw hand chopped tuna and red onions from tropea

With Culatello ham ans stracchino cheese

With red prawns from Mazzara del Vallo and burrata cheese

With breasaola, rucola and parmesan
